We had an amazing stay here, with fantastic staff and a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The receptionist was informative and professional. Our room was clean, light, and spacious, offering great value for money. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, even arranging a quiet space for a Skype interview and offering tea and coffee.

Felt so welcome, no reason to complain.

Located close to the city center and train station, this hotel provides easy access to all the attractions. The bistro has a welcoming ambiance and it's always a pleasure to be served by Garry. The rooms are clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Moreover, there is ample parking available.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the breakfast could have been better, as the tea was weak and the toast was cold.

The continental breakfast at the hotel was included in the price and had a good variety of options like cereals, toasts, fruits, yogurts, coffee/tea, and juice. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the large and free parking area, as well as the hotel being dog-friendly for a small fee. The staff were friendly and made an effort to make my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly service, and value for money.

This hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Despite being located in a rather poor area, it was conveniently close to Hampden Park. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable, even with the heating off and the window open. I appreciated having a desk in the room, which was perfect for doing some work. Additionally, breakfast was included, although it was not mentioned that it was a continental breakfast. It would have been even better if they had included some extra sausages, eggs, and black pudding.
